Are all those girls real?

Most female profiles are submitted by our local partners who meet them in person and check their passport. We also monitor for any suspicious activity, such as mass mailing, asking for money, etc. If we have doubts about a girl's identity or profile information, we may contact her for additional proof. Due to the large number of profiles, we cannot vouch for every single member, but you can always contact us if you see something suspicious — we will investigate. Each female profile is assigned a Trust Level showing how thoroughly it has been verified. A Trust Level of 100% means the lady is fully verified. We also have a handy guide for spotting scammers. After getting a lady's contact details, you can order a background check.

How much do your services cost?

Unlike some dating sites, we do not charge a flat monthly fee. You can place your profile and access all women’s profiles for free, search by your criteria, and send free messages. Only if someone responds and you decide to continue correspondence do you pay for translation between you and the lady. Translation must be done by our trusted local interpreters — we do not allow machine translation (e.g., Google Translate) or third-party translation services.

I liked a particular person on your site. How do I contact them?

Join for free, fill out your profile (upload photos), then send that member a message or a “smile” to show interest — it’s free. If they respond and you continue correspondence, translation fees apply as described above.

I don't want to send my credit card details over the Internet. Can I pay by other means?

Yes. Once you become a member, you can purchase credits by credit card as well as via other payment options.

Why am I getting so many letters?

Members can send introductory mailings to present themselves. If you don’t want to receive them, switch your profile status to Invisible — only people you contact first will be able to write to you.

I cannot send a message, why?

Either your profile is inactive (check status in the control panel), or you have more than one unopened message from the member you’re trying to write to. Open those messages first. If you deleted them, please contact us.

Where and how do I buy credits?

To pay online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), log in and go to “Buy Credits” (your profile must be active). Other payment options are listed here.

When can I contact a lady privately?

To request a lady’s direct contacts, you must first open at least 15 messages from her*. Then go to her profile and click “Request contact details” in the Custom Menu. Sharing personal contact info through our messaging system is not allowed, even after 15+ opened messages. If you want to exchange personal contacts, please contact us.

We do not allow outside contact before official contact exchange (e.g., competitor sites, social networks, Skype). This violates our Terms and opens room for fraud. Our ladies are not allowed to contact men outside the website or respond to attempts to bypass rules. If someone claims to be a lady from our site and contacts you elsewhere, be cautious — it might be a scam. After you officially exchange contact details, you are free to communicate without our involvement.

Can I speak to a lady on the phone with an interpreter?

Yes. This service costs 1.8 credits per minute. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance (unless you already have the lady’s phone number), tell us which lady and the time — our interpreter will arrange the rest.

Can I videochat with my lady?

Yes, you can order an interpreted video call by contacting us. The price is 2.5 credits per minute. Minimum call duration is 10 minutes (charged automatically when the call starts), so ensure you have enough credits. We need time to coordinate with the lady or her local agency, so order in advance. Exchanging personal contact information during the call is not allowed.

Do you offer any discounts?

After opening 15 messages from a lady*, if the translation price is more than 5 credits, you can request to have it lowered to 5 credits.

What is a friend list?

It’s not the list of people a member is corresponding with. To be on someone’s friend list, you must send an invitation and they must accept it. After acceptance, you appear on each other’s lists. It’s mutual only — you can’t appear on someone’s list unless they’re on yours. Friends on your list can see your private photos (password-protected for others). To add a friend, open their profile and select “Friend Member.” Manage your list in the Communicator section.

Your friends list is viewable by any member or even a site visitor. Having many, few, or no friends is a personal choice and can mean different things: popularity, privacy, or seriousness about one person. Use your judgment when interpreting a lady’s friends list or its absence.

What is trust level?

The trust level is a credibility rating for a female profile. Staff can rate on multiple scales: passport scans, live meeting, phone conversation, video, correspondence. Some are based on staff judgment (e.g., passport scans, phone calls), others on male members’ feedback (e.g., correspondence or meetings). Each category has different weight (e.g., meeting feedback weighs more than a passport scan). The exact formula is confidential to prevent manipulation. A 100% trust level means we have definitive proof the woman is real and communicates herself. Lower than 100% doesn’t mean fake or dishonest, though be cautious with 40% or less. Absence of a trust level is not the same as a low one — profiles don’t have it by default and may never get one unless there’s reason to rate it.

How do I make my pictures private or view other people's private pictures?

To make a picture private, check the “private photo” box after uploading and save. To view someone else’s private pictures, request access via the “Submit request” button in their profile’s picture browser. Track who granted you access in the Communicator; you can also grant access to your own private photos there.

Why is your phone number not working?

If you’re calling our US toll-free number (starting with “800” or “866”) from outside the continental US, it won’t work (this may include Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii). In that case, use our regular (toll) numbers or contact us via live chat. Our phone support is 24/7; if you can’t get through, please email or chat with us.

Why haven't I received a response to my email?

We try to answer all support emails within 24 hours. If you don’t see a reply, check your spam/junk folder in case it was filtered. If you still can’t find it, please contact us by phone or chat to confirm we received your message.

If you’re waiting for a lady’s response, it can take 1–3 days or more. If you don’t receive an email notification, log in and check your Inbox — her response may already be there. Our system sends notifications automatically, but providers can block them as spam occasionally.

* Which messages count? Please note that we count only letters you paid to be translated. Her introductory letter translated free of charge does not count. While you pay only when you open her messages (not vice versa), the fee you pay actually covers translation of both your messages to her and her messages to you.
