Here is some brief information to help you get started

• The first step is to register on our site. Registration is free for both men and women.
• Only registered members can contact other members of our site.
• After registration, you will get an account on our server where you can check your mail, track sent messages, see contacted members, and view credits purchased and spent.
• Once registered, you can contact other members of our site.

How exactly do I contact other members and communicate with them?

You can send messages for free to any member as long as their profile is active and you don't already have an unopened message from them.

Messages are sent in English, and replies are also delivered to you in English, even if the member does not speak English. Your correspondence is handled by the staff of a local dating agency, who translate and deliver messages back and forth. They may forward translations by email, instant messenger, over the phone, or in person when the lady visits the agency. All of this happens behind the scenes—you simply receive replies in your Inbox in English and can respond right away.

You will also be notified by email whenever you get a new message. If you don’t want notifications sent to your main email address, we suggest using a separate address for your profile. In your profile settings, you can also choose to receive all notifications once per day instead of immediately after each new message.

If you don’t want to receive notifications from new members, you can set your profile to Invisible. In this case, new members will not be able to contact you and your profile will not appear in search results, but you can continue existing correspondence. If you wish to stop all notifications and correspondence completely, you can suspend your profile. This will make your account inactive, but all previous messages will remain saved and you can reactivate your profile later at any time.

Until you write to a lady for the first time, her messages are free to open. After you write to her and she responds, a fixed fee per message will apply to cover translation costs.

If you don’t feel like writing a letter, you can send a free "smile".

A smile is a quick “Hi” message with a link back to your profile, showing your interest.

You can also arrange a live interpreted phone call or even a video call with her via our bilingual operator. To do so, you’ll need to contact us at least 24 hours in advance and specify the lady’s name and preferred time. Our interpreter will handle the rest.

Why does the price of translation differ from lady to lady?

We don’t charge per word, as is common in the translation industry. Instead, you pay one fixed fee for the translation of each pair of messages you exchange, regardless of length.

However, this fixed fee may vary depending on the lady. The reality is that most men want to correspond with a handful of very popular women. If one woman receives dozens of letters while others receive none, that’s not good for anyone. To balance this, our system automatically raises the price of translations for ladies who receive the most attention, which discourages additional new contacts. This applies only to new contacts—if you are already corresponding with her, your translation fee will not increase.

If a lady becomes extremely popular and cannot keep up with replies, her profile may eventually be removed from search results. However, men who are already corresponding with her can continue their communication at the same price.

Please note that a lower translation price does not mean the lady is “less valuable.” It simply means that fewer men have contacted her so far—perhaps because she just joined, her profile appears lower in search results, or she chose more modest photos. Everyone deserves attention, and we strongly encourage men to write to women with lower translation fees.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, it’s absolutely safe. Your credit card information, as well as all other order details, are transmitted securely to our processing bank using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the standard cryptographic protocol used by online businesses. Your credit card data remains encrypted until it reaches the bank. We do not store your card information after it is securely transmitted.

We have never had any security breaches, and no credit card information has ever been compromised.
