Julia, 44, Kyiv. Accountant by profession and by nature — I love it when life adds up the way a perfect balance sheet does. By day I reconcile debits and credits; by evening I prefer to reconcile a cup of fragrant herbal tea, a good book and quiet. 165 cm, 49 kg, green eyes that sometimes give away more than I intend 😊
I don’t smoke, I don’t drink — I value a clear head and real emotions. My soft spots: morning yoga, long walks through the still-sleeping city, caring for rare houseplants (they’re surprisingly sensitive to the mood of their owner) and cooking from old family recipes. Homemade pasta with truffle sauce and fresh almond croissants are my specialties. If we ever end up in the same kitchen — fair warning: I might feed you so well you’ll forget diets exist.
I listen to indie rock, melodic jazz and 90s ballads. Films like Amélie, Eat Pray Love and The Age of Adaline feel almost like personal manifestos. I’ve been to Poland, Germany, Czechia, Hungary, France and Italy. I dream of standing by an ocean on the other side of the world, writing a book about the quiet backstage of real family life, and finally learning how to savour every moment without rushing.
