I’m eager to let you know some of my views on this life and share my ideas with you. Firstly, I’m willing to tell you, that If you are depressed you are living in the past, If you are anxious you are living in the future, if you are at peace you are living in the present. To tell you the truth, from time to time, I’m really confused where I’m at the moment past or present. It means that you are quite tired-out and the best idea is to have a nap and recharge your battery for some hours. I get used to thinking positively about life and about some kind of things in life, owing to the fact, that it’s better to change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change. What’s more, I’m really very active person and every day I have a special list of my responsibilities and duties, which I have to do during that day. I’m really very passionate about dancing an Arkan is a popular dance of the Ukrainian Hutsul people, its traditionally perform by a burning fire, we usually with friend love getting on the suburbs of the city, enjoy the nature and give the freedom to our soul and bodies by dancing! I try to cultivate a habit of getting up early, as its very beneficial for the health and morning yoga makes me feel super energetic for the whole day!
